Collections (card grids)

The Tool Shed, Objects, and Lessons grids are data-driven from the authority-card model. Open a surface and choose Edit cards to add a card (by record title), remove a card, reorder cards, or Manage collections to create, rename, reorder, or set a section to draft.

Drafts & previews

Editor-only

Unpublished pages you can preview before they go live. Each one is visible to editors only and is not linked anywhere public. When a draft is ready, publishing it is a deploy step: tell Claude to promote it (and register it in the Tool Shed).

Submission queue

Proposed records awaiting an editor. Check the license and provenance, confirm the attestation, and verify the license at the source before publishing any hosted CC0 or public domain copy. Approving publishes the record (or holds it, if the author asked to wait for peer review).

Peer-review workflow

Peer review is a credential, not a visibility gate. Assign a willing reviewer by specialization, read their decision, and on accept set the peer-reviewed badge and send the acceptance letter. Records set to publish now stay live throughout; records held until reviewed publish only on acceptance.

Moderation queue

Comments and use notes land pending and stay hidden until you approve them. BLOOM does not rate with stars, so a use note is a note from a teacher, who used the resource and how they adapted it. Approve to publish, hide to keep it off the record. Nothing here is destructive; a hidden item can be approved later.

Authorship-claim queue

A member claims an original that was added before they joined. On approval the claimant becomes the record's original creator, and any derivatives are re-parented under the now-canonical original. Comments, use notes, and "I used this" notes stay on the derivative where they were left.

Flagged discussions

When a member flags a discussion or reply in a community, it lands here. Dismiss the flag if the content is fine, mark it reviewed to keep it, or remove the content. The hate-word blocklist still blocks the worst language at the moment of posting; this is for everything else.

Edit records

Make quick fixes to a published or draft record (title, summary, description, link, license, or status) right here, no AI needed. Search for a record, click Edit, change what you need, and save. For a brand-new record, use Add a record.
